The Sault Ste. Marie Region Conservation Authority owns and maintains five conservation areas that are open to the public.  Those wishing to visit a conservation area should be aware that they are open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. 
 
For the enjoyment of everyone please take only pictures and leave only footprints. during their stay.  There are no admission fees at our conservation areas. Garbage cans are provided in most areas but please be prepared to take your garbage with you. Alcohol is not allowed in conservation areas and pets must be leashed at all times. Please remember to scoop the poop.

Weddings and Special Events

You may hold your wedding or special event at our Conservation Areas for a fee.  All of the rules of the Conservation Areas must be followed.  Please email nature@ssmrca.ca to book your event or call (705) 946-8530 if you have any questions.
