The Sault Ste. Marie Region Source Protection Plan is changing. Updates to the Source Protection Plan, Assessment Report and Explanatory Document under the Clean Water Act (2006) Section 36 (S.36) are intended to ensure these documents undergo a comprehensive review and update on a periodic basis for the sustained protection of the municipal drinking water sources.
 
The public consultation period is 35 days beginning Friday, October 23, 2020 until Friday, November 23, 2020. Links for the proposed changes are provided below:
